Adam Kroshus Affordable Housing Consultant

Adam Kroshus has thirteen years of experience working in affordable housing finance for the City of Chicago’s Department of Housing, J.P. Morgan Chase, the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority, and IFF (formally the Illinois Facilities Fund).  He has underwritten and closed 9% and 4% LIHTC transactions, HOME and CDBG loans, single-family loans, and 1st position loans for IFF.

In 2008 Adam initiated and developed an affordable housing lending program to work in IFF’s five state region of Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Missouri, and Iowa.

Adam has underwritten more than $230 Million of affordable housing development and more than $31 Million in loans.

Adam earned a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
